Who We Are
Mike Smith brings over 25 years of expertise in recruitment and selection. He served as a cabin crew and pilot assessor for British Airways for more than a decade, where he was responsible for the selection of both direct entry and cadet pilots. Additionally, in his role as a pilot assessor for CTC Aviation and L3Harris, Mike has worked with a wide range of airlines across the UK, Middle East, and Asia. His collaborations include renowned carriers such as British Airways, SriLankan Airlines, Kuwait Airways, Qatar Airways, easyJet, IndiGo, Wizz Air, Oman Air, and Fly Dubai.
